Cancellation Terms and Conditions

In the instance of extreme weather or COVID (QLD Government mandates or restrictions), a call will be advised by event management by COB (5pm) Friday 5th September 2025.

Should the event not be able to proceed due to either of the above noted elements outside of event management’s control, a representative from the Samford Long Lunch committee will be in contact by COB (5pm) Friday 5th September 2025, and the following will be applicable;

1. Menu orders - all menu orders will be refunded in full

2. Beverage orders - all beverage orders will be refunded in full

3. Event Ticket - all event ticket allocation funds will be refunded in full

OR

Should the event not be able to proceed due to either of the above noted elements outside of event management’s control, and representative from the Samford Long Lunch committee is in contact after COB (5pm) Friday 5th September 2025, the following will be applicable;

1. Menu orders - will be able to be collected by the Lunch Connoisseur on Friday 12/9/25

2. Beverage orders - all beverage orders will be refunded in full

3. Event Ticket - all event ticket allocation funds will be refunded in full

Event ticket & food package booking fee is non-refundable for change of mind
