The Samford Long Lunch is held on the beautiful Alan Cash Park surround by lush trees and the sound of nature.

Driving:

If you are planning to drive and park at the event there is free parking available on Main St and Cash Ave North. You must not under any circumstances drive under the influence. This is not only dangerous but illegal.

Yes, you can bring your own food to the event but for a hassle-free day we recommend buying a food package from one of our local suppliers.

The money raised from this event will be going to our local rugby league team the Samford Stags.

No, the Alan cash park is an open-air outdoor venue. We recommend the use of sunscreen.

Each table has a large umbrella.

This is a kid-free 18+ event, so you will need to book a baby sitter if you have little ones!

No, pass-outs will not be available throughout the event, so please ensure that you take everything that you require into the event upon arrival.

Light rain will not affect the event, although in the event of extreme weather, one of two outcomes could occur.

In the event of postponement, you will be contacted. Your ticket will remain valid for the new date. No action is required to attend. If you cannot make the new date you can request a full refund. T&Cs apply.

Yes, there will be a designated smoking area at the event.

The Samford Long Lunch takes the Responsible Service of Alcohol very seriously. Security guards will be roaming the venue and assessing patrons upon entry and throughout the duration of the event. If you are concerned about the condition or behaviour of patrons near you, please alert one of the security or staff members.
